Beginning Thursday 11th June, we’ll be exploring mindfulness, creativity and the senses through art-making in a series of gentle, supportive workshops designed to nurture creativity, reflection and wellbeing. We will explore themes such as:

🌿 Intention setting
🌿 Compassion
Each week, the same workshop will be offered twice, so you can choose the time that suits you best:
🗓 Thursdays | 6.30pm–8.30pm
🗓 Saturdays | 10am–12pm
🎨 No previous art experience required
