Welcome to your ‘Bumper Bonfire’ November Newsletter

It’s definitely Autumn, despite the tropical temperatures!  And a pretty spectacular one at that. There’s lots coming up this month (and beyond) in the Walkley Events Calendar.  First off, a quick round up of October…

…A Fiendish Fun (if somewhat soggy!) Time was Enjoyed at Halloween on Millennium Green

WELL DONE to Diane and the Millennium Green team who organised this lovely event and a big THANK YOU to all the families who braved the elements for some spooky shenanigans.

We’re Lighting Up the Dark Nights with the Langsett Lantern Parade

Following the success of last year’s event, we’re hoping to make this one even bigger and better. The Parade will start at Grammar Street Car Park and end at Walkley Primary School. It will be accompanied by the fabulous Sheffield Youth Samba Band. There’ll be a warming cup of FREE hot soup at the end and refreshments (including home made cake!) will be served in the LWCA Bungalow.

The Countdown to the Spectacular Walkley Christmas Market is on!

We had a record number of applicants for this years’ Christmas Market (over 80!!) and after much deliberation we’re now well and truly full (with a huge reserve list!).  We’re very excited to bring you a fantastic selection of high quality merchandise, with lots of new traders along with ‘old’ favourites.

The Walkley Events Collective’s Final Event of the Year will be a Fabulous Family Friendly Festive Feature!!
